Individual Therapy sessions cost $120 per session. Each session is billed as a clinical hour or a 50 minute session.

Family/Group
Therapy Services
Family/Group Therapy sessions cost $55 per participant for one session. Each session is billed as a clinical hour or a 50 minute session.

Community Art Therapy
​Studio Groups
Community Art Therapy Studio Groups are funded through grants and other sources. These groups are FREE for participants to attend.

Clinical Supervision
(for Art Therapists)
For a comprehensive dual-focused supervision covering both art therapy (ATR) and counseling (LPC), sessions are priced at $60 each. Alternatively, you can choose to engage in focused supervision, in only art therapy at a rate of $45 per session. Sessions are held monthly for a total of 4 hours of supervision each month.

Pricing for professional offerings varies depending on the type of service and length of session, as well as any additional materials or resources required. Please contact us for a consultation and quote.

Insurance + Reimbursement

​At Art Therapy House Inc., we are dedicated to providing art therapy services that promote well-being and personal growth. At this time, we are unable to bill directly  to insurance for our art therapy services. Currently, we are only accepting out-of-pocket/private payments for our services.

While we do not accept insurance directly, some insurance plans may offer reimbursement for art therapy services. We can provide you with a billing statement and necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance company.

Before your first session, we recommend that you check with your insurance provider about coverage/reimbursement for art therapy services. You are responsible for full payment on the date of your session (after the session is complete). You can then submit a claim to your insurance provider for direct reimbursement to you. Depending on your healthcare plan, you may be reimbursed for a significant portion of your bill or none.

Financial Assistance

We understand that financial constraints can be a barrier to accessing art therapy. We offer a sliding scale fee structure for those with demonstrated financial need. Please reach out to discuss this option and explore how we can work together to ensure you receive the support you deserve.
