Mira joined the Art Therapy House Inc. team in 2023 as an art therapist helping to facilitate accessible art therapy throughout the Milwaukee community. Mira is a dedicated professional who has earned her Master's degree in Art Therapy from Mount Mary University in 2016.
Mira’s specialization in Eco-Art Therapy has been cultivated through 10+ years of clinical and community work, both locally and internationally. From a psychiatric hospital to the Croatian coast to the Nicaraguan jungle, Mira has held space for individuals to interface between their inner world and the natural world. Grounded in humanistic psychology, Mira’s therapeutic method brings creativity in connection with earth to foster mutual wellness and growth. Through person-centered therapy, Mira supports individuals moving from brokenness to wholeness.
