1st/3rd Fridays at Dryhootch from 10am-12pm
2nd/4th Mondays at Art Therapy House from 1-3pm

Led by experienced and licensed art therapists, this art therapy group provides an incredible blend of therapeutic interventions and artistic expression.  Through digital media such as photography, digital painting, and 3D printing you can explore your artistic identity, share your experiences, and connect with fellow veterans in a supportive and creative environment.

No artistic experience required!  Whether you're a seasoned artist or just getting started, our art therapy groups welcome artists from all levels. Our experienced therapists are here to guide and support you on this creative journey.

In This Group You Will:

  • Express Yourself Creatively: It provides a creative outlet for veterans to express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through digital art, allowing for a unique form of self-expression.

  • Practice Emotional Processing: The group encourages veterans to explore and process complex emotions related to their military service, helping them to better understand and cope with their feelings.
